Margrethe Halvorsdatter Helgøy

Margrethe Halvorsdatter was born on May 13th, 1837.¹   Margrethe Halvorsdatter's father was Halvor Johannesson Helgøy and her mother was Anne Sesilie Olsdatter Nesheim.  Her paternal grandparents were Johannes Anderson Bjelland and Sofie Halvorsdatter Helgøy. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Johannes Halvorson, Ola Halvorson, Halvor Halvorson, Anders Halvorson, Anders Halvarson, Ola Anders Halvorson, Sissel Halvardsdatter, Elen Karina Halvorsdatter, Anne Sesilie Halvorsdatter and Karen Kristine Halvorsdatter.  She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Ola Halvorson and Sofie Halvorsdatter.
