Elen Karina Halvorsdatter Helgøy

Elen Karina Halvorsdatter was born on October 19th, 1839.¹   Elen Karina Halvorsdatter's father was Halvor Johannesson Helgøy and her mother was Anne Sesilie Olsdatter Nesheim.  Her paternal grandparents were Johannes Anderson Bjelland and Sofie Halvorsdatter Helgøy. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Johannes Halvorson, Ola Halvorson, Halvor Halvorson, Anders Halvorson, Anders Halvarson, Ola Anders Halvorson, Sissel Halvardsdatter, Margrethe Halvorsdatter, Anne Sesilie Halvorsdatter and Karen Kristine Halvorsdatter.  She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Ola Halvorson and Sofie Halvorsdatter.
