Erika Otilie was born on February 27th, 1883 in Kongsvinger, Hedmark.1 Erika Otilie's father was Olaf (Ole) Hansen and her mother was Olivia Larsdatter. Her paternal grandparents were Hans Pedersen and Eli Svenningsdatter; her maternal grandparents were Lars Olsen and Anne Arnesdatter. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Olaf L. Hamfjord, Rolf, Erling, Ågot, Ragnhild and Astrid. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 88 on April 15th, 1971 in USA.2 General Notes
