Arne Rensvold was born on March 23rd, 1924 in Tønsberg, Vestfold.1 Arne Rensvold's father was Olaf Olsen and his mother was Margit Kristiane Rensvold. His paternal grandparents were Otto Ludvik Olsen and Josefine Hansdatter. He had a brother and two sisters, named Leif Rensvold, Mildred Rensvold and Ingeborg Rensvold.
